  • connect candidates with potential employers
  • support the recruitment and employment legalization process

3. By using this website, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of services

The Agency provides services including:

  • recruitment support
  • connecting candidates with employers
  • assistance with employment legalization procedures

The Agency: does not charge candidates any recruitment or placement fees

3. Participation in Recruitment

The candidate agrees to:

  • provide truthful and accurate information
  • submit an up-to-date CV
  • actively participate in the recruitment process

The candidate acknowledges that:

  • the recruitment process may be multi-stage
  • timelines depend on employers and administrative procedures

4. Costs of Documentation

1. The candidate acknowledges that employment abroad may require:

  • work permits
  • visas
  • administrative documents and translations

2. These costs: are covered by the candidate or may be temporarily covered by the Agency on behalf of the candidate.

3. Detailed arrangements are defined in a separate agreement.

5. Security Deposit

1. In certain cases, the Agency may require: a refundable security deposit.

2. The deposit:

  • is not a recruitment fee
  • is not payment for job placement
  • serves only as a commitment and process security

3. The deposit: is fully refundable after the candidate starts employment or may be used to cover administrative costs.

4. In case of unjustified withdrawal by the candidate: the deposit may be non-refundable.

6. Withdrawal from the Process

1. Withdrawal is considered as:

  • lack of communication for more than 7 days
  • refusal to accept a job offer after completion of the process
  • resignation without valid reason

2. In such cases:

  • the candidate may be required to cover costs incurred by the Agency

7. Liability

1. The Agency is not responsible for:

  • decisions made by employers
  • visa refusals
  • duration of administrative procedures

2. The Agency undertakes to act with due diligence.

8. Personal Data (GDPR)

1. The data controller is: Novantra Sp. z o.o.

2. Personal data is processed for:

  • recruitment purposes
  • communication with candidates
  • presenting job opportunities

3. The candidate has the right to:

  • access their data
  • request correction
  • request deletion

9. Final Provisions

  • These Terms may be updated at any time.
  • The current version is available on the website.
  • These Terms are governed by Polish law.
